Alabama Man Shoots, Kills Wife Before Being Shot By Another Family Member: Police

An Alabama man purportedly killed his better half prior to being lethally shot by another relative.

Officials were called to a home in Foley about a homegrown episode around 10 p.m. Saturday night.

The guest distinguished Scott Blackwell as the suspect, and said he was outfitted and acting abnormal, as indicated by the Baldwin Region Sheriff’s office.

As indicated by the sheriff’s office, not long after the call, Blackwell “turned out to be actually savage” toward his significant other, Cindy.

Blackwell purportedly shot his better half and afterward another relative shot him.

“In light of data assembled from a few observer interviews and our examination so far, the relative who shot Scott Blackwell did as such with regards to Cindy Blackwell, and others in the home,” as per a sheriff’s office public statement. The sheriff’s office said the two shootings happened before officials showed up.

Both Blackwell and his significant other died of their wounds. The relative has not been charged.

“This examination is still in its beginning phases and is progressing,” as per the sheriff’s office.

“When the examination is done, this case will be inspected by the Baldwin Region Lead prosecutor’s Office prior to being introduced to a fabulous jury.”
