Illegal mining in Jharkhand, ED files chargesheet

New Delhi, Sep 21 (IANS) The Implementation Directorate (ED) on Wednesday said it has documented a chargesheet under the watchful eye of an extraordinary Ranchi court against Pankaj Mishra, a nearby helper of Jharkhand boss pastor Hemant Soren, Bachhu Yadav and Prem Prakash regarding a Counteraction of Tax evasion case relating to unlawful mining and coercion in Jharkhand and Bihar.

The court has taken perception of the matter.

The ED expressed that during examination, 47 hunt activities were directed all through India on a few dates bringing about the capture of Rs 5.34 crore in real money, freezing of bank adjusts adding up to Rs 13.32 crore, freezing of an inland vessel MV Infralink – III, reg.
