Jason Momoa Brings Home a Pig After Filming ‘Slumberland’ : ‘This Is Why I Can’t Work with Animals’

Jason Momoa is making his own Slumberland.

On Sunday, the entertainer, 43, flaunted a cute pig he brought back in the wake of recording the dream film, which is scheduled to hit Netflix on Nov. 18.

Slumberland depends on the funny cartoon Little Nemo in Slumberland. The film’s principal character Nemo, played by Marlow Barkley, has a stuffed pig that wakes up around evening time.

Momoa plays a mystical person who, as per the film’s rundown, assists a little kid with going through dreams and escape bad dreams to rejoin with her departed dad.

“To this end I can’t work with creatures. I need to bring them home. Wild and wild like his pops,” composed Momoa in one of two Instagram recordings that flaunted the pig.

In the principal video, the Hawaii local kids about referring to his new pet as “Lau” or “Manapua.”

The two names allude to well known Hawaiian dishes that, as per the Food Organization, are separately pork with butterfish enveloped by taro leaves and steamed hamburger buns.

“You need to come to the Slumberland debut?” he asks the pig in the subsequent video. “We can paint your nails pink and put a little formal hat on you.” His mother, who can be heard behind the scenes, tells him: “I thoroughly consider that’d be somewhat the top since you just got him,” to which Momoa rapidly answers, “All things considered, mother, I’m somewhat beyond absurd.”

Momoa is a creature sweetheart. He shared during a 2019 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he shares a jackass, two half wolves, a canine, and a ball python with ex Lisa Bonet.

Momoa and Bonet likewise share two youngsters together: 15-year-old little girl Lola Iolani and 13-year-old child Nakoa-Wolf.

Momoa turned into a stepfather to Bonet’s most memorable little girl, entertainer Zoë Kravitz, whom she imparts to ex Lenny Kravitz.

Slumberland will be delivered in select venues on Nov. 11 and debuts on Netflix on Nov. 18.
