Missing Delhi man found dead in UP’s Hapur

New Delhi, Sep 23 (IANS) A 28-year-elderly person, who disappeared in the public capital alongside his bike, was found dead in Uttar Pradesh’s Hapur, police said on Friday.

Gagandeep Singh, an occupant of Ashok Nagar, Delhi, disappeared and a report was stopped at Hari Nagar police headquarters by his dad on September 16.

After a day, Delhi Police got data from Garhmukteshwar police headquarters in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh that a scooty of the departed was found deserted close to a channel there after which a constable from Delhi left for Hapur.

“While he was en route to Garhmukteshwar alongside Charanjeet Singh (father of missing individual), Charanjeet Singh got a call from Simbhaoli police headquarters in regards to a body in a channel in Simbhaoli, Hapur,” Delegate Magistrate of Police (west) Ghanshyam Bansal said.

As they arrived at Simbhaoli police headquarters Hapur, they were educated that the body had been moved to the morgue of Hapur Locale Clinic.

Afterward, the body was distinguished by his dad. The posthumous was directed on September 18 at Locale Emergency clinic, Hapur after which the body was given over to his dad. ”

An itemized report from UP police is yet to be gotten,” the senior authority added.
