‘The Unforgivable,’ Nora Fingscheidt’s next Netflix drama film, is written by Peter Craig, Hillary Seitz, and Courtenay Miles, and is based on Sally Wainwright’s 2009 British miniseries Unforgiven. Sandra Bullock plays a woman who seeks to rebuild her life after serving time in jail for a horrific act. It will be Fingscheidt’s first English-language film following her debut German-language feature System Crasher, which follows a problematic aggressive nine-year-old girl who endangers herself and everyone around her.
