The court of extra region judge (POCSO Act), Pankaj Kumar Srivastava, on Thursday, articulated life sentence for Bhupendra and forced a punishment of Rs 20,000.

Pratapgarh Director of Police Satpal Antil, who drove the test for the situation, said that the minor young lady was assaulted under Kotwali police headquarters region on August 13.

The court started the preliminary of the case on September 12.

“We got an observer assessment of all the eight directed. On September 17, Bhupendra was created in the court,” said the SP.

The court outlined the charges against him on September 21 and reported the judgment on Thursday.

Public examiner Devesh Chandra Tripathi expressed that on September 17, when the blamed showed up for his assertions to be recorded, he professed to be a minor and put the instructive endorsement under the watchful eye of the court.

“However, during the examination, that endorsement was viewed as a manufactured report,” he said.
