Valter Nassi is a big-hearted Salt Lake City Restaurateur that served fine Italian nourishment for over twenty years. Valter Nassi was born in 1946 in Monte San Savino outside Florence. He said his culinary training was established in his mom’s kitchen and his dad’s work as a mushroom dealer.

Spencer Cox tweeted: The previous evening we lost a dear companion and an Utah symbol. Valter Nassi influenced each and every individual who met him or feasted at Valter’s. He will be profoundly missed.
