Valter Nassi, Salt Lake City Restaurateur, Utah icon, dies at 76

Valter Nassi is a big-hearted Salt Lake City Restaurateur that served fine Italian nourishment for over twenty years. Valter Nassi was born in 1946 in Monte San Savino outside Florence. He said his culinary training was established in his mom’s kitchen and his dad’s work as a mushroom dealer.
